Remember Winter clothes for Wintersong — you are welcome to bring donations of new clothes to our rehearsal on Friday.

Regarding our upcoming concert: Please refer to the attached "Concert Attire" for any questions about what to wear. Our "new" standard (2019) is concert black.

Your music should be in a concert-suitable black folder with the music affixed so it cannot flutter to the floor. The concert order is listed below. Be sure to include your music envelope in the back pocket of the folder to facilitate the turning in of all scores Sunday before you leave.

Be considerate to others by (a) not wearing any cologne or fragrance as some singers are allergic to such sense (b) wear appropriate deodorant and (c) remember your Singers Mask! Parking will be snug when you remember that our audience will be in attendance. Please carpool, use a Rideshare, or hop on public transit.

Here's a Link to a Dropbox folder that Claire has created for our convenience. It will have the latest (and greatest) standing charts for our various riser formations. As soon as the final version of the Program booklet is available, it will also be in Dropbox. Claire expects to upload the Program later today!

Please remember to help “strike the set” after the concert Saturday night AND be available at 1:30 on Sunday to help set it back up. Assistance will also be needed after Sunday's matinee to move the risers out of FPC.

Sunday afternoon's concert will be "live streamed." The link will be on our website and the concert can be viewed in all its glory until mid-January. A digital version of the Program will be available as a flip book for Livestream viewers on the website as well.

A locked area will be available for purses on Saturday and Sunday, however, please travel light -- it's a small space!

Party time: From Michelle Lowry, PSC Soprano: Holiday greetings colleagues. It’s been a pleasure preparing this year’s Wintersong with all of you. This year it feels very important to me to create a safe space to connect with friends, colleagues, and family to celebrate the gifts of health and community this season. And by Odin’s beard enjoy some legit merriment!! To that end, I will be hosting a private, festive gathering at my home on Sunday, December 12th at 5:00pm. My home is spacious with great ventilation and heated outdoor spaces. To ensure everyone’s safety I will be requiring proof of vaccination and temperature readings at the door. All food will be prepared safely by designated people. Wear anything you would like but full disclosure, I will be wearing a fabulous dress!!! (And isn’t a holiday party a great opportunity to look smart?) Masks are highly encouraged whenever possible. Looking forward to celebrating with you! (Please RSVP to Michelle using her email: michelleandhazel1979@gmail.com The address is: 12225 NW Old Quarry Rd, Portland, 97229. It's about a 13 minute drive from FPC.)
